Mary has represented clients from a variety of constituencies including commercial lenders, business investors, real estate developers, commercial and residential landlords, regional and national banks, a motion picture studio, a national credit union, victims of Ponzi schemes, a construction subcontractor, and a commercial equipment lessor. Mary has also represented Chapter 11 and 7 trustees and has represented creditors in all aspects of Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 cases, including single asset real estate and Subchapter V small business cases.

Prior to entering private practice, Mary worked as a judicial law clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada.
