Bio

Stephen Davis is an attorney in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group. His experience includes commercial litigation, appeals, construction law, construction defect, and transactional drafting. Prior to joining the firm, Stephen was a law clerk for the honorable Justice Kristina Pickering at the Nevada Supreme Court. While in law school, Stephen was an articles editor for the Nevada Law Journal and competed nationally at the ABA’s Client Counseling Competition. He was a legal extern for the honorable Judge James C. Mahan, United States District Court, for the honorable Judge Elizabeth Gonzalez, and for the honorable Judge Kathleen Delaney, Eighth Judicial District Court. Prior to law school, Stephen spent 15 years in construction project management. He has worked on projects in Las Vegas, San Diego, Salt Lake City, and Denver.
