Las Vegas, NV – Mark Weisenmiller and Michael Esposito, of Garman Turner Gordon, received awards from Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada on Friday, December 4, 2015, for providing more than 50 hours of pro bono service in the last year.

Mr. Weisenmiller’s practice is corporate restructuring and complex insolvency involving both small and large businesses. He has an extensive appellate practice for both bankruptcy and civil matters and has worked as a judicial law clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada, conducting legal research and drafting pre-argument memorandum and memorandum decisions for several bankruptcy and appellate judges.
Mr. Esposito’s practice is Estate Planning, Probate & Guardianship, Corporate & Securities, Real Estate Transactions, and Civil Litigation. His experience involves simple and complex litigation and estate planning matters. He has worked as an extern for the Nevada State District Court, Department 32, with the honorable Judge Bare in Las Vegas, NV.
